Yup.. I know it was just a false spring but it was loverly... +5c in February.. wow... but now it's back down to -22.. much more Februayrish..(so do not think that is a word but you know what I mean) .. this is my third day off in a row.. I have accomplished some things..didn't put too much pressure on myself.. lovely mental health break..finished another blanket.. and on to the next one...This is done in a variegated green and yellow yarn with a sparkly twist to it...

Hey Kath, what a great canvas with the metallic pastels... you know I love metallic! You're not looking so rusty :) Baby blanket is sooo sweet. I hope you're feeling better by the time the babies get there. Thank you for the bloggy love :) but I have to say I'm horrible at following directions ;)

Hey Kath, I'd never heard of metallic pastels before, cool! Have you ever tried Scribbles Dimensional Paint, (I think that's what its called). It comes in some beautiful metallic colors too, and is great for accenting with dots or lines. Thanks for the award, the Liebster, haha, what does that mean anyway (Liebster)

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about spring weather, we've had a really mild winter here, too. As opposed to last winter, with three feet of snow at times...however, I think we're supposed to get some snow this evening, so we'll see what happens!
Congrats on the award! Also, "Liebster" means "favorite" in German...I looked it up when I got the award awhile back. ;)
