It's been a busy morning already.. but grey and rainy... yesterday was so beautiful and sunny.. played outside most of the day...
I was too late to enter my Tangled mandala for last week's
I am the Diva.challenge but here it is anyways... love mandalas...and this was so fun....
I had seen some blogs with the
Color of Summer button on it.. this is a weekly challenge using a different color each week.. not sure if I can keep up every week but it seems like it will be alot of fun... so here's my entry for this week's color... Blue!!
k mondays don't really always make me blue.. but I couldn't find a top for the mermaid tail.. so what better than hiding your head and going back to bed...lol
You can never make too many bubbles..
Anyways.. off to do some painting with Chaya.. hopefully the rain will clear off and we can go outside..

Kathy ~ that tangled mandala is probably the most beautiful one ever! I love, love the colors, and the design is gorgeous!!! We've got more clouds here too... a peek of the sun would be nice. Have fun painting, that's sure to brighten even the gloomiest day. :)

Thanks Melinda.. I have rediscovered gel pens..lol green and copper love them!the day ended up mostly sunny with some rain later in the day.. but soooo humid!! It was a template to fill in... very cool though..ooh and her dress fit her perfectly!! whooo hooo!!!

Thanks Laurie.. there was a template on the group for it.. but everything else is just freehand..it actually went pretty quick once I decided what I wanted it to do.. I love mandalas too.. thinking need to do more of these... lol everytime I look at my page I smile.. my MIL.. gave Chaya a bubble gun.. way too awesome.. wore out a set of batteries in less than a day.. but oooooh the bubbles.. so worth it...lol
